Mussolini starting his political career as a socialist where he got the platform to distinguish himself as a journalist and a fiery orator with his dramatic gestures as a rabblerouser had switched over to fascism. Like all those who rose from grass roots and established themselves in the forefront of political life of their country here too there were three essential elements to succeed There were the ideas of fascism which he spread through his writings in which Italians were promised the revival of the “glorious empire” of ancient days: there he was embodying these ideas in his persona and there was his party and an ideologically committed army to help him capture power. 1. Lagna raising for this paksh is Libra, Lagna lord Venus is in 7H aspecting lagna, however, Venus has lord ship of 8H, house of conspiracy and secret plots. Libra sign is the 6H of Independent India's horoscope. In this paksh significations of 6H ie disease, dispute will be strongly felt.

2. Venus is aspected by 6L Jupiter which is conjuct with a malefic planet Mars and in RKA.

3. Though communal riots have stopped but minds of people are still agitated , Moon in a fiery rashi ie Leo aspected by trik house lord ie 3L and 6L Jupiter in malefic influence is dominating. It is like " Fire under ash". Connection of 6L and 8L is established.

2. Here we find Moon at 6deg 46 mins on the same degree as Saturn at 6 deg 30 mins and Mars at 6 deg 22 mins. Moon is approaching closer to Rahu at 8 deg 35 mins.
