Dravid’s achievements in the world of cricket were sort of overshadowed by the presence of so many greats in the Indian team but no one could ever think of leaving him out of the team. Such was his aura that he had virtually become indispensable for the cricketing world, be it any form of cricket. Wednesday, November 30, 2005 MUMBAI: The suspense over superstar Amitabh Bachchan's illness continued on Day 2 as the first family of Bollywood made no announcement to fans and media.
A family friend told TOI that his condition was more serious than they had thought it was. "We thought it was just a stomach ache, but it seems more serious," said thefriend without elaborating.

He can expect to have some relief from his present ailment in and after the first week of December 2005, but only relief, not cure.
He should think of retirement seriously or of reducing his work load to one third of what it is now.
