I got the horoscope of President Putin from respected Shri K. N. Rao Sir. He told me an interesting story when way back he had gone to Russia in the years 1998 and 1999. A voracious reader of serious books in English, very much senior to me and my class mates, had always impressed by us in our early college days. Those were the pre independence days and we eagerly awaited Indian independence. Not merely India but other colonies too would get independence , he assured us.
