JAIMINI CHARA DASHA - ZULFIQUAR ALI BHUTTO (JAN 5, 1928 - APRIL 4, 1979)
ZA BhuttoThe historically unwary may not be knowing that Zulfiquar Ali Bhutto, highly educated as he was, had the keenest desire to make Pakistan a socially and economically advanced state and make it a strong military power after the humiliating surrender of Pakistani troops to India on Dec.16, 1971 leading to the birth of Bangladesh. He took the decision to arm Pakistan with atom bombs. He came out with revolutionary solutions to what ailed Pakistan in a revolutionary time. Disgraced Yahya Khan, a personal friend of Richard Nixon US president then, transferred power to Bhutto who became the president, army commander in chief and first civilian chief martial law administrator.

JAMINI CHARA DASHA - MUSSOLINI (JULY 29, 1883 - APRIL 28, 1945)
Mussolini starting his political career as a socialist where he got the platform to distinguish himself as a journalist and a fiery orator with his dramatic gestures as a rabblerouser had switched over to fascism. Like all those who rose from grass roots and established themselves in the forefront of political life of their country here too there were three essential elements to succeed There were the ideas of fascism which he spread through his writings in which Italians were promised the revival of the “glorious empire” of ancient days: there he was embodying these ideas in his persona and there was his party and an ideologically committed army to help him capture power. Hitler of Germany had become his admirer.

THE PAIN OF AN ASTROLOGER

During my service career I had written an article in the Astrological Magazine entitled the Pain of a Prediction in which I had narrated how an anxious father had asked me about the career of his son and his marriage. He came to consult me during the peak hours of work right into my room and requested me to have a “glance”  at his son’s horoscope. I had looked at it in a hurry and told that him that his son would get a government job very soon and soon after that he would marry.

Both happened in the next four or five years and the father who met me once or twice a week was happy because a government job is a secure job for an unambitious father and those days, pre 1991 era of Indian economy where private jobs were so few, more so.

Some years after my predictions, may be six, the young man went to attend a marriage party, suffered from food poisoning after eating the food served along with some others. All who suffered food poisoning were saved except this young man.   Did I see it ? Not at all as the prediction was given in a hurry to answer the question put to me. The gentleman father did not blame me ever but there was a deep pain in my heart.

What would I have told the father of the girl if her horoscope was given to me three years ago?

I would have warned him of the great danger to the life of the girl because of such a badly afflicted Moon which is very rare. And worst of all, the antardasha of Moon was starting from March 2008.

Like this, there are occasions when we astrologers suffer pain because we cannot help anyone avoid inscrutable strokes of destiny in a horoscope. I invariably adopt the policy of never predicting the fatal to the parents but make sure that I tell it to some uncle etc. to avoid being blamed for not predicting it.

But I am a totally unreliable astrologer for all those women who indulge in extra marital affairs, deceive their legally wedded husbands, desert their children and want to marry their lovers who in turn deceive their legally wedded wives. Not once, but at least ten or fifteen times I tried to prevent it and even gave tricky predictions which of course always went wrong. These women after marrying their lovers and deceiving their husbands have blamed me always.

In course of time when disaster occurred in the second marriage some of these women came to consult me and except scolding them, which I can do at this age, I refuse to give them a reading. They then realize that the moralist in me wins over the astrologer. I admit it as my fault.

But what do I do in such a case if a horoscope like that of this girL, is shown to me? The pain returns the terrible pain of an astrologer who does not want to see a weeping mother or parents. But nothing could be done. In this case the girl died about seventeen months ago. I could not find time to give prediction to her parents.

Yet the blame is still hurled. If I had seen and warned, it could have been avoided is the argument which is wrong. I am not God, I do not play god.

PS:
The girl was born in 1994. If Moon is 00 degrees and some seconds, the balance of Jupiter is around three years and Saturn dasha is of nineteen years. Budha dasha never began.
