Its hegemonistic tendencies have come into fore right from beginning, it has annexed Manchuria, Tibet and other neighbouring areas. Taiwan is the thaw point in China and China considers it to be its own territory whereas it is an independent country. Since 1950s China is showing its expansionist intention with respect to India.
