JOURNAL OF ASTROLOGY NEWSLETTER MAY 2012

Journal of Astrology Newsletter May 2012....Saturn speaks out loud and clear! “Don’t let attachments run your life's marathon" The fever to acquire is a curse that possesses us. Life in kaliyuga begins with the gripping desire to acquire so many things in so little time. Though these acquisitions fail to bring long term satisfaction, we carry on undeterred. Emotional relationships, tangible goodies keep occupying our limited personal space. We forget the wisdom of simultaneous discard to avoid a bulge that also bursts. We tend to forget that we came with nothing and so shall go with nothing. We forget the irony of life and the wisdom that the eventual loss of all that we collect is inevitable. We forget that detachment must balance our attachment. Read all about Saturn in our highly acclaimed Vedic Astrology Newsletter.....

VISHWANATHAN ANAND AND GLORY
And I vaguely remember that once when Kasparov was asked whether Kramnik was the player who would dethrone him, he is said to have pointed to Vishwanathan Anand as a threat to his supremacy. That proved prophetic in 2007 since when Anand has been a world champion. Indians are proud of it mainly also because this most complex game, known as chaturanga, is India’s gift to the world. Travelling to west Asia, it came to be known as shatrang or shahmati and in Spain as eschess, later as chess.

And in the changes they made in the west, the opening pawns can move two columns initially and the mantra (minister) or vazeer became queen which was done by durbaris (courtiers) to flatter some powerful queen of some western nation.

ASTROLOGICAL PARALLELS AND PAKISTAN

Let me explain why I predicted disaster for Pakistan in July 2007 onwards.

See the following two horoscopes. Planets here have been placed on the birth horoscope of Pakistan.

Zia Ul Haq mistaken by Zulfiquar Bhutto for a meek god fearing Pakistani visiting Lal Masjid was put in charge of the army hoping that a Koran loving religious general would be his rubber stamp.

Zia got Bhutto hanged, captured power on 5 July 1977 and converted Islamic state into a fundamentalist state to help USA fight the Russians in Afghanistan. It led to the birth of Osama bin Laden, the darling of CIA then till he turned anti US and became the worst enemy of the west, particularly USA.

As a bargain Zia got fabulous amount of dollars for Pakistan. That is a well known and long story. USA has to destroy its own creation, Osama and Al Qaeda now. It got Pervez Musharraf as its partner on its so called war on terror. Like Zia earlier, Musharraf got loadfuls of dollars for a bankrupt Pakistan and continued with his half hearted fight against terrorists.

Then in 1977 as now in 2007, in the month of July, almost the same day, 5 July, Musharraf has to destroy the monster of Taliban, the creation of USA and Pakistan of Zia.

And Musharraf is almost destroying Lal Masjid the creation of Zia. Then as now:

1) Saturn was in Karka and Mars in Mesha the lagna of Pakistan.

2) Sun and Mercury, then as now were in Mithuna.

3)Then as now, Moon is in Kumbha.

In 1977, it was the dasha of Saturn Mars in the foundation horoscope of Pakistan and Mars is the eighth lord in the third house aspecting the tenth house in the birth horoscope and in dashamansha it is in the tenth house.

Now in 2007 it is Ketu in the eighth house and Mercury aspecting the tenth house and in the eighth house in the dashamansha.

What awaits Pakistan is agony. These are astrological parallels which are also historical parallels.
